✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened baby hygiene products (diapers, wipes, skincare)
  • Feeding items that have been opened
  • Clearance or sale items

This policy is strictly followed for baby health and safety.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product mismatch
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued after product inspection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds are made via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Wallet (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from 3-Zee, return shipping is free
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges apply
